INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Clients seek therapy with me when they are going through difficult times. I provide both short term and long term individual therapy. We might work 1 or 2 sessions or we might work for years. COUPLES THERAPY
Couples seek therapy when they are feeling stuck and need an outside perspective. Therapy aims at bringing couples closer together or ending a partnership intelligently. In the process, couples learn compassion for their partner and themselves, learn to manage their own negative feelings, and to rekindle their original attraction.
